About the Texts
A storehouse of linguistic and cultural knowledge
When the collection of texts is completed, it will contain hundreds of myths, traditional narratives, personal anecdotes, conversations, and instructional monologues spoken in the Numu (Northern Paiute) language. Through an easy-to-use website, users will be able to read these texts, while listening along to the original audio recording.
